• Day 1 : Kathmandu – From Katmandu to Sundarijal in car and starting trek to Chisapani – 5 hours
• Day 2 : Chisapani to kutumsang– 6 or 7 hours
• Day 3 : Kutumsang to Tharepati – 4 hours
• Day 4 : Tharepati to Tarkehang – 5 hours
• Day 5 : Tarkehang to Melamchi Gau – 4 hours
• Day 6 : From Malamchi Gau go back to katmandou in bus
